A set of 12 patient-specific surgical guides for implant placement, printed in biocompatible dental resin from CBCT scan data. Delivered to a specialist dental clinic within 48 hours of file receipt.
The Challenge
The clinic required patient-specific guides with precise drill channel geometry toleranced to ±0.1mm. Each guide was a unique geometry with no common components, requiring individual file preparation and print setup.
The Outcome
All 12 guides produced and delivered within 48 hours. The guides achieved dimensional accuracy within 0.08mm across all critical features. The clinic has since placed standing orders for weekly guide production runs.
