Assembly
Components are cleaned, fitted, and assembled into a cohesive whole. Custom bases, enclosures and labelling are added at this stage.
Painting & Finishing
Professional airbrushing brings the model to life - site colours, weathering, branding, and protective clear coats are all applied by hand.

About Industrial Scale Models
An industrial scale model is a precise, three-dimensional representation of a facility, site, vessel, or piece of equipment, built to a defined ratio so complex projects can be understood at a glance. Where drawings and renders can be hard to read for non-technical audiences, a physical model communicates layout, scale, and relationships instantly, making it a powerful tool for boardrooms, investor briefings, tenders, and site inductions. We build our models by combining two complementary 3D printing technologies. Large structural elements such as buildings, decks, and terrain are printed on our large-format FDM machines, which handle volumes up to one cubic metre. Fine details like pipework, valves, railings, and signage are produced on SLA resin printers at resolutions down to 25 micron. Components are then cleaned, test-fitted, assembled, and hand-airbrushed with industry-accurate colours and weathering before a protective clear coat is applied. It is worth planning early. Very fine features have practical limits at small scales, and highly detailed models take time to finish by hand, so the right balance of scale and detail is something we work out with you during the brief. The result is a durable, authoritative display piece that represents your project faithfully and lasts for years.
