Our Process
CAD File Review
We analyse your STEP, IGES or DWG file for machinability, tolerances and material requirements.
CAM Programming
Our engineers program toolpaths, fixtures and feeds for optimal surface finish and cycle time.
Material Selection
Raw stock is sourced, cut to size and inspected before machining begins.
CNC Milling
3-axis milling with continuous coolant and tool monitoring for consistent, tight-tolerance results.
Deburring & QC
All edges are deburred. Critical dimensions are checked against your tolerances with calibrated gauges.

Why CNC for Your Part?
Tight Tolerances
Achieves ± 0.05 mm consistently across a batch — essential for mating parts and press-fit assemblies.
Real Materials
Unlike 3D printing, CNC parts are machined from solid stock — same material as production.
Scalable Volumes
From 1 prototype to 500-piece runs, the same setup delivers identical parts every time.
CAD/CAM Included
Full programming is part of the service — just send your CAD file.
What is CNC Machining
CNC (computer numerical control) machining is a subtractive manufacturing process where computer-guided cutting tools remove material from a solid block of metal or plastic to produce a finished part. Because the part is cut from solid stock rather than built up in layers, it has the full strength and material properties of the raw material, which makes CNC the right choice when accuracy and structural performance matter. Our 3-axis milling setup is well suited to brackets, housings, plates, jigs, fixtures and precision mechanical components. We program every job in-house, selecting the right tooling, feeds and fixturing to balance surface finish, accuracy and cost. Tight tolerances down to +/- 0.05 mm are achievable on critical features, and we verify them with calibrated measuring equipment before parts leave the workshop. It is worth knowing the practical considerations of machining. Some geometries that are easy to 3D print, such as deep internal cavities or fully enclosed channels, can be difficult or impossible to machine, and very sharp internal corners are limited by tool diameter. Sharing your tolerances, material grade and intended use early lets us advise on the most cost-effective approach, and where a part is better suited to printing or casting we will tell you.
