How It Works
Multi Jet Fusion (MJF)
Fuses nylon powder voxel by voxel for fine, consistent detail and excellent mechanical strength across all axes.
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)
Uses a laser to sinter nylon powder layer by layer, producing durable parts with no support structures.
No Support Structures
Unfused powder supports the part during the build, so complex geometries and interlocking assemblies print in one go.
Isotropic Strength
Parts are strong in every direction, making them suitable for functional testing and end-use.
Nesting for Volume
Parts nest densely in the build chamber, keeping per-unit costs low for batches and short production runs.
Dyeing and Finishing
Bead blasting, dyeing and vapour smoothing produce clean, professional surfaces straight off the machine.

Finishing and Post-Processing
Bead Blasting
The standard finish, removing loose powder and leaving a uniform matte surface ready for use.
Dyeing
Parts can be bulk dyed to a deep, consistent colour, with black being the most common production choice.
Vapour Smoothing
A chemical smoothing process that seals the surface, improves cleanability and adds a subtle sheen.
Tumbling
Mechanical tumbling softens edges and evens out texture for parts that need a smoother feel.
Painting and Priming
For specific colours or a premium appearance, parts can be primed and painted to your specification.
Inserts and Assembly
