How resolution affects the result
A finer layer height produces smoother surfaces and sharper detail, which matters for miniatures and presentation parts. A coarser setting prints faster and is perfectly adequate for chunkier shapes where fine detail is not the point.
Print time is also driven by part height, since taller parts mean more layers regardless of resolution.
