One of the joys of SLA is how little work the surface needs. Parts come off the printer smooth, with minimal layer lines, which makes them an excellent starting point for a premium painted finish.

Preparing the surface

After washing and curing, a light clean-up of support marks is usually all that stands between the raw part and finishing. Because the surface is already smooth, there is far less sanding than an FDM part of the same shape would need.

A good primer then gives paint an even base to grip.

Bringing it to life

Our airbrushing service can take your SLA parts from raw to display-ready with smooth, even colour and protective finishes. Tell us the look you are after and we will recommend an approach.
