Few things are more frustrating than a machine down for want of a single small part, especially when it is obsolete or only available overseas with weeks of lead time. Local CNC machining is often the fastest way back to running.
Recreating what you need
From a sample, a drawing or measurements, we can machine a replacement part in a suitable material, often improving on the original where the old design had a weak point. That removes the wait and the dependence on a distant supplier.
For low volumes, this is frequently cheaper and faster than chasing imports.
