A functional prototype lets you hold the design, test the fit and find problems early, long before you commit to tooling. The same workflow then scales into short-run production, because the part that proved itself is the part you make.

Making it last
Durability comes from the right material, sensible wall thickness and good orientation. With those in place, FDM parts handle real loads, weather and daily use.
