The Egg
A jagged-edged eggshell that splits into two matte halves for hiding Easter treats or everyday trinkets.
Crack open the ordinary and you get this: a smooth egg that splits along a jagged, saw-tooth line, exactly like a shell caught mid-hatch. The domed lid lifts clean away to reveal a roomy cup underneath, deep enough to hide a genuine handful of foil eggs, lollies or whatever small treasure you are hiding this season.
Printed in matte PLA+, the surface has a soft, faintly grainy texture that reads more like real shell than plastic, and the two halves sit together with a satisfying, precise fit. No glue, no fasteners, just two printed pieces that nest.
Fill it for an Easter table centrepiece, or keep it on a shelf year round as a home for rings, hair ties, coins or whatever else needs a lid. Either way it is a conversation piece long after the chocolate is gone.
Printed to order here in Australia and ready in a day or two. Go with a natural bone or beige for something that looks freshly laid, or pick a soft pastel to lean harder into Easter.
