Skull Coasters
A moody skull sculpture that splits into coasters for your coffee or beer, hiding a secret stash spot.
Some decor pieces just sit there looking good. This one comes apart. At first glance it is a glossy red skull with hollow eye sockets, a carved brow and a full set of teeth, the kind of thing that makes visitors do a double take on a bookshelf or bar cart.
Lift the little fluted knob on the crown and the whole skull separates into a stack of individual coasters, each one an organic, free-form shape rather than a plain circle, so no two edges line up the same way twice. Slot the pieces back together and you have a sculpture again. Pull them apart and you have a proper set of coasters for coffee, tea or a cold beer, sized to sit comfortably under a mug or a glass.
Underneath the jaw the base opens into a genuine hidden compartment, room enough for a spare key, some loose change or whatever else deserves to live somewhere nobody thinks to look. It is a small detail that turns a novelty piece into something you actually reach for.
Printed layer by layer in PETG for a finish that shrugs off condensation rings and everyday coffee cup duty, and available in two sizes depending on how much desk or shelf real estate you want a skull to take up.
Printed to order right here in Australia and usually ready within one to two days. Pick the classic bone white for a clean look, red for the version in these photos, or go full black for a genuinely gothic bar cart.
