Saladin Vase B
A fully open diamond mesh shell in PLA+, styled for dried stems or a slim glass liner indoors.
Some vases hide their structure behind smooth walls. This piece does the opposite: it is built entirely from a fine diamond lattice, curved into a classic hourglass silhouette that pinches in at the neck before flaring out again at the base.
Turn it on its side and you can see straight through the whole shell, an open woven mesh with no hidden inner wall. That is 3D printing doing something a mould never could: a continuous cage of diamonds, printed as one solid piece in raw finished PLA+, with the layer lines left honest rather than sanded away.
Because the lattice is fully open, we suggest tucking a slim glass jar or test tube inside for fresh cut flowers, letting the mesh frame the stems while the water stays exactly where it should. Or skip water altogether and fill it with dried grasses, pampas or artificial stems for a set and forget centrepiece.
Printed to order and ready in one to two days, it suits a console table, mantel or bookshelf where you want texture without bulk. Black is the natural choice for that woven, wrought iron look, and we can print it in other colours on request.
