Orb Xy | String Art Pendant Light
Two woven string art discs cross like orbiting rings, throwing warm dreamcatcher shadows across your dining table.
Picture two dreamcatchers caught mid-spin, crossing at the exact same height instead of stacking one behind the other. That is Orb XY: a pair of circular discs, each one a dense web of criss-crossing thread strung between fine rim holes, hung so they intersect at right angles around a single glowing bulb.
Every disc is 3D printed in PLA+ as a slim ring just over 6mm thick, with the string pattern threaded through by hand afterwards, so the weave catches light from every angle and throws a lattice of shadow onto walls and ceilings once switched on. The white mounting bracket at the top holds a standard E27 or E26 fitting, so you can drop in whatever warm filament bulb you already love.
Hang it low over a dining table, in a reading nook, or anywhere you want a feature light that people stop and look twice at. At roughly 25cm across in both directions once assembled, it reads as a real statement piece without swallowing a small room.
Each one is printed to order here in Australia. Pick copper or bronze for a warm, metallic glow through the weave, white or natural for something softer and more Scandinavian, or matte black if you want the silhouette to do the talking after dark.
