Nour - The Tajine Lamp
A 3D printed rafia-textured shade over a wide terracotta-style base, for warm ambient light in any room.
Nour takes its name from the Arabic word for light, and it earns it. This tajine lamp reimagines the iconic Moroccan cooking vessel as a glowing centrepiece: a tall, cone shaped shade sits over a wide, flared terracotta toned base with the same scalloped edge you would find on a real tajine dish.
The shade is where the magic happens. Its surface carries a fine, cross-hatched texture designed to mimic traditional woven rafia lamps, so when the bulb switches on the light glows warm and golden through every groove instead of blasting out in one flat beam. It is 3D printed in PLA+ as a single continuous piece using a vase mode style print, which keeps the walls thin enough to diffuse light beautifully while still holding their shape.
Nour is built to fit whatever lighting setup you already have. It works with a standard E14 bulb (adapter included), an E27 bulb, or a Bambu Lab LED Lamp Kit, so you simply install your chosen light source into the base, run the cable through the opening, and set the textured shade on top.
Place it on a console table, a bedside table or a reading nook for a warm, ambient glow that feels worlds away from a standard downlight. Printed to order in Australia, ready in days, and available in a range of terracotta and warm metallic colours if the classic clay tone is not quite your palette.
