This little meditator sits cross legged, hands drawn together at the chest in a quiet gesture of prayer, and somehow says more with a smooth egg shaped head than most sculptures say with a full expression. Every inch of the body carries a fine, grainy texture, printed with a fuzzy skin finish that reads like hand worked stone rather than plastic. Left raw and unsanded straight off the printer, the surface catches light the way sandstone does, soft and matte with none of the usual print sheen.
