Nobody - Lamp

There is something quietly magnetic about a figure with no face. Nobody sits with elbows drawn up to a round, featureless head, hands framing the space where a face would be, caught in a pose of stillness that reads as thought rather than sadness. It is sculpture first and lamp second, and it works precisely because it does not try to be either loudly. Printed in PLA+, the piece is available in two finishes: a smooth, satin surface for a clean modern read, or a fine textured finish that catches light like hand worked stone. Either way, the gap between the raised hands and the head is where the magic happens. Slot in a small plug in LED lamp insert and that hollow glows softly, turning the negative space into the whole point of the piece.
