Ming Vase
A trumpet-necked vase with scrolling vine engraving and a scalloped wave-textured base, styled for shelves and consoles.
Ming Vase takes its cue from centuries-old porcelain silhouettes: a slender trumpet neck flaring into a wide mouth, a rounded shoulder wrapped in a scrolling vine motif, and a broad base textured with a scalloped wave pattern reminiscent of hand-thrown ceramics.
Every curve is 3D printed in PLA+, which is what lets the engraved vine along the neck and the layered wave scallops across the base stay crisp rather than mushy. The raw, matte finish reads like glazed stoneware from across the room, without a speck of shine to give away the printing process.
At tabletop scale, it holds its own as a standalone sculptural object or as a vessel for a single dramatic stem, a dried arrangement, or a small potted cutting, exactly the kind of understated styling shown resting on a shelf against a plain wall.
Printed to order here in Australia and usually ready within a couple of days, with a small footed base that keeps it steady. Pick the classic white or matte black for a porcelain look, or go with the dusty pink or slate blue shown in our photos for something a little more playful on the shelf.
