Mesh Bottle Holder

A lightweight, support-free PETG lattice that grips your bidon steady on any standard bike mount.

Picture the classic bidon cage, then trade the wire loops for a single sculpted shell of interlocking hexagons. That is this bottle cage: a curved lattice that wraps around your bottle in one continuous sweeping line, open enough to see straight through yet strong enough to hold your bidon rock steady over rough tarmac or gravel. Printed in tough PETG Basic, it shrugs off rain, sweat and the daily grind of being bolted to a moving bike, without the brittleness you would get from a purely decorative plastic. It is sized for standard bottles up to 70mm across, and if yours runs a touch bigger or smaller, your slicer can scale the file about 3 percent either way to suit. Bolt-up is simple: two M5 clearance holes sit 63.5mm apart, matching the bolt spacing most bike frames already use, with a little extra room built into the oval holes so the fit is forgiving rather than fussy. The design started as a favour for a friend who needed a cage that could handle real riding, not just look good on a shelf. It still does, now printed to order in your choice of colour and ready to bolt straight onto your commuter, gravel grinder or road bike.
