Meander Tealight Holder

A hand-folded hexagonal shade with a glowing meander cutout, made in PLA+ for warm candlelit dinners and parties.

The meander, or Greek key, is one of the oldest patterns in decorative history, a single continuous line that folds back on itself again and again without ever crossing. This lantern turns that motif into a genuine light source: a hexagonal shade with the pattern cut clean through the wall, so every fold glows the moment a flame or LED tealight sits behind it. The shade starts life as a flat panel, printed in one piece with integrated fold lines so the meander stays razor sharp with no supports to clean up. Once printed, you fold it into a hexagon, weld the seam with a soldering iron or hot air tool, and slot it over the solid hexagonal base that holds your tealight steady and centred. Once assembled the wall lifts straight off the base whenever you want to change the candle or store it flat, then drops back on in seconds. Lit up on a dinner table it throws a warm geometric glow across the cloth, the kind of small detail that turns a regular dinner into an occasion, whether that is a Greek or Egyptian themed night or just a quiet evening in. Printed in PLA+ for the sharpest possible edges on that meander line, and made to order in Australia. Works happily with a standard LED tealight or a real flame, just keep the candle centred on the base.
