Materia Negra Vase

The result is a body of sharp, uneven pleats that fold in and out like a dark crystal still forming, with no two angles catching the light the same way. We print each vase in solid PLA+ as one continuous piece, layer by layer, so every thin overhanging spike and folding ridge holds its shape without a single seam or joint. The finish is a deep, textured matte black that reads more like carved stone than plastic. Style it with dried pampas, native grasses or silk stems for a soft, textural contrast against the sharp geometry, or let it stand completely bare as a sculptural piece on a console, mantel or bookshelf.
