Lola Storage Container
A dome-shaped desk catchall with a knit-look texture and a built-in divider for tidy work-from-home spaces.
Meet Lola: a dome-shaped storage pot that borrows its silhouette and dense knit-look texture from your favourite smart speaker, then swaps the tech for a genuinely useful catchall. Every square centimetre is covered in a grid of fine raised studs, so it reads as tactile and considered on a desk or console rather than just another plastic pot.
Look inside and you will find the real trick: a diagonal divider wall splits the well into two compartments in one footprint. Keep pens on one side and paperclips on the other, cotton pads next to cotton buds in the bathroom, or a small succulent tucked beside your loose change and keys by the front door.
Lola is 3D printed in PLA+, which holds the fine knit texture crisply layer after layer and keeps the piece light enough to move around your desk without a second thought. Choose the taller size for a proper desk organiser or the shorter one as a neat little tray-top catchall.
This is the debut piece from designer Slang, printed to order here in Australia and ready in a couple of days. Pick a colour that suits your desk setup, from moody matte blue through to warm beige and metallic bronze.
