Log Planter

A palm sized log planter with real bark texture, perfect for succulents, cuttings and desk greenery.

Pull a little slice of the forest onto your desk. This log planter is 3D printed with deep vertical bark ridges and a small raised knot, the kind of detail you would expect from real timber, not plastic. It is sized to sit in the palm of your hand, which makes it perfect for a single succulent, a cutting rooting in soil, or a small propagation project. The rim is printed in a lighter tone than the trunk, echoing the pale ring you see when a real branch is cut across the grain. Because this planter holds soil and gets watered like any other pot, we print it in PETG Basic rather than a purely decorative filament, so it copes with the damp without softening or warping. Sit it on a windowsill, an office desk, or a shelf full of trailing plants and let the bark texture do the talking. It is an easy favourite for anyone propagating a cutting from a friend's plant, or for gardeners who like their pots to look like they grew there rather than came off a shelf. Printed to order in Australia and ready in a couple of days. Choose from a handful of true to timber colours, or ask us about a shade to match your own plant shelf.
