Kyoto | Self-watering Planter
A ceramic-look vase 3D printed in durable PETG, with a hidden reservoir that waters your plant for you.
Kyoto is a planter built around a flared, trumpet-like neck that opens out over a straight cylindrical body, split cleanly into two colours. Choose the smooth finish for a soft, satin curve, or the textured version, where fine horizontal ridges ripple across the lower half like hand thrown stoneware. Either way, it looks nothing like the plastic pot it actually is.
What you cannot see from the outside is the clever part. An inner pot nests down inside the outer vase, which doubles as a water reservoir, so your plant draws up moisture as it needs it instead of you guessing when to water. It is a small design trick that suits busy households, plant beginners, and anyone who has killed a bromeliad or two.
Kyoto comes in two sizes. The small sits at 120mm across and 140mm tall with an 85mm neck opening, while the large steps up to 180mm across and 210mm tall with a 120mm neck, plenty of room for a full grown succulent, kalanchoe or leafy indoor plant.
Designed by Charles Regaud and 3D printed to order in tough, moisture-resistant PETG, each Kyoto planter typically ships within 1 to 2 days. Pick your two-tone colourway and give a plant a home that looks as good as it works.
