Hexagon Overload

A PLA+ honeycomb pendant light whose hexagon cells glow warm amber overhead.

Picture a beehive caught mid glow: dozens of hexagon cells wrap into one faceted globe, each one catching the light a little differently as you walk past. Hexagon Overload takes that honeycomb pattern and turns it into a genuine showpiece pendant, with vertical ribs that taper into crisp hexagonal points from crown to base. Each shade is 3D printed in PLA+, which holds every facet edge sharp and gives the surface a soft, raw matte texture rather than a glossy plastic sheen. Switch it on and the effect changes completely: light pours out through the gaps between cells, turning the lower half into a glowing amber grid while the upper facets stay moodier and more saturated. It hangs beautifully as a single statement piece over a dining table, or lower over a side table in a reading nook where the honeycomb glow becomes the whole mood of the room. This design is the first in an ongoing honeycomb series, born from an old fascination with how bees build in hexagons. Printed to order, usually ready within a couple of days. Choose the warm terracotta red shown in these photos, or ask for a shade to match your space.
