Freya | Standing Planter Pot

Freya is the planter that refuses to just sit on the floor. Its tapered pot rises from a base of four splayed legs, so the whole piece stands with a bit of attitude, almost like it walked over and struck a pose. Fine vertical ribbing wraps the body from rim to base, catching light and shadow in a way a flat sided pot never could. Every Freya is 3D printed in PLA+, which keeps those ribbed lines crisp and the surface smooth, right down to the last groove near the base. Inside sits a draining plate: excess water passes through while the plant still draws moisture up from underneath by capillary action, so you get proper drainage without a saucer sitting in view. The ribbed version is only one side of Freya's personality. The same silhouette is also available with a fan pattern, a rocky texture or a timber look wood texture, so you can match the pot to the plant rather than the other way around. At 170mm tall on a 156 x 156mm footprint, it holds its own next to a tall leafy plant like a bird of paradise while leaving air underneath the legs. Designed by Charles Regaud Design and printed to order in Australia, usually ready within one to two days. Choose Army Green for a natural plant shop feel, Matte Black or White for graphic contrast against the greenery, or Beige to sit quietly in a neutral room.
