Egg Planter A
A hand-finished planter shaped like a cracked eggshell, perfect for a favourite plant on your windowsill or desk.
Picture an egg caught mid-crack, its shell peeling back just enough to let something green spill out. That is the idea behind this planter: a smooth, rounded eggshell form with a jagged broken edge along the top, built to hold a small plant like it just hatched.
We print each one in PETG Basic rather than a standard decorative plastic, because this pot does real work: soil sits straight against the print and gets watered regularly, so it needed a material that shrugs off damp rather than one chosen purely for looks. The raw, matte finish reads soft and chalky, closer to real shell than glossy plastic.
Sit it on a windowsill with a small succulent or trailing plant, use it as a quirky vase for cut stems, or bring it out each spring as a one-off Easter centrepiece. The broken rim gives every plant inside a bit of drama, whether the leaves spill out one side or stand tall in the middle.
Printed to order here in Australia and usually ready within a couple of days. Classic white and bone are the naturals, though we can print it in other shell-like tones on request.
