Darth David
A 3D printed mashup for Star Wars fans and art lovers wanting a genuinely unique shelf centrepiece.
Michelangelo's David has stood for centuries as the picture of calm, sculpted perfection. Ours has other plans. Half of that famous face is buried under Darth Vader's angular mask, grille and all, so the same marble curls and downcast gaze now belong to the galaxy's most recognisable villain.
This bust is 3D printed in matte white PLA+, chosen to echo the chalky, carved-stone look of the original marble without losing a single detail. The weathered hairline, the chipped edge of the draped shoulder cloth and the angular vents of the Vader mask all come through crisp and clean straight off the printer.
It is the sort of piece that stops people mid-conversation on a bookshelf, desk or gaming shelf. Renaissance art lovers get the reference immediately. Star Wars fans just see a legend wearing the mask. Either way, nobody walks past it without picking it up for a closer look.
Made to order by Collecticraft, so no two runs sit around as dead stock, just prints started once you hit order. Classic marble white is the purest match for the original statue, or ask about a darker finish if you want David to lean fully into his villain era.
