Catan Pocket
A compact 3D printed insert that swaps Catan's bulky box for pocket-sized travel convenience.
Anyone who loves Catan knows the problem: the retail box is huge, and it never survives a suitcase. This pocket travel case redesigns the whole game around a box you can actually take with you, from the hex board down to the smallest resource card holder.
Inside you get the full terrain board printed as individual hexagons (the sea is left out, so ports print as separate tokens instead), resource card holders colour matched to their hex, wider holders for the game cards, and piece holders that click neatly into the case. Roads, settlements, cities and the robber are all printed too, with player pieces available in four colours so everyone at the table can tell their builds apart at a glance. You keep your original cards, dice and number tokens, everything else prints fresh.
It is all 3D printed in PLA+, which keeps the hex tiles and holders light for travel while staying tough enough for shuffling in and out of a bag trip after trip. Every piece is designed to sit in one exact spot in the case, so packing down after a game is as quick as setting it up.
Perfect for camping trips, holiday houses, or squeezing a quick game into a backpack for game night at a mate's place. Printed to order in Australia and ready in a day or two, this is the Catan set you actually reach for.
