Articulated Robot - photo 1

Articulated Robot

A fully poseable 3D printed robot buddy with moving joints, ready to stand guard on any desk.

Some desks have a plant. Some have a photo frame. The best ones have a little armoured robot sitting on the edge of the monitor stand, quietly supervising. This articulated robot is designed by FabCore and 3D printed in PLA+, with a glossy white dome helmet, grey visor slots and olive green armour panels layered over white limbs. Every major joint moves. Shoulders, elbows, hips and knees all rotate on smooth ball joints, so he can stand to attention, sit with his legs dangling off a shelf, or hold a mid-stride action pose. The joints are tuned to grip: he holds whatever position you leave him in rather than slumping over. The details reward a closer look. Circular button-style discs sit on each side of the helmet like little ears, the chest wears layered armour plating in green and grey, and the chunky rounded feet keep him stable on any flat surface. Each robot is printed to order in Australia, usually within 1 to 2 days. The white, army green and grey scheme in the photos is the classic, but we can print him in a colour combination that suits your desk, shelf or kid's bedroom.
