Addi(C)tive Fidget
A pocket-sized 3D printed fidget block with a satisfying click switch and spinner wheel for restless hands.
Meet the Addi(C)tive, a fidget toy built for hands that cannot sit still. It is a rounded rectangle small enough to close a fist around, with a bright orange face cut in a fine diagonal ribbed texture that gives your thumb something to grip and worry at all day long.
Underneath that textured cover sits a proper little mechanism: a spring loaded switch and a toothed spinner wheel, both built to click. Flip the switch, spin the wheel, and you get the same satisfying feedback loop that makes a pen click or a bubble wrap pop so hard to put down. Around the workshop there is a running joke that it has saved more than one stressful afternoon.
The housing itself is worth a second look. Its edges are cut in a soft scalloped wave, almost like a biscuit, and the whole thing separates into six printed parts: housing, cover, switch, spring switch, wheel and spring wheel, so you can see exactly how the click happens. It is printed in PETG Basic rather than a purely decorative filament, because a toy that gets clicked, gripped and pocketed all day needs a tougher, damp resistant build.
Perfect for the desk drawer, the study pile or a long commute, and just as handy as a thoughtful gift for the fidgeter in your life. Printed to order in Australia and usually ready within one to two days, in your choice of colour.
