Two effects in one spool. OzFDM PLA Glow in the Dark shows a vibrant colour in daylight, then charges up under any light source and glows once the lights go out, giving your prints eye-catching impact around the clock rather than looking like a novelty that only works in the dark.

It is a speciality PLA supplied on a 1.75mm, 1kg spool, and it suits decorative prints that want to stand out on a shelf by day, cosplay props and accessories that need extra presence at night events, signage that benefits from being visible in low light, and any creative display piece where a bit of glow adds character.

Glow pigments are typically a little more abrasive on the nozzle than standard PLA due to the phosphorescent additives, so a hardened or wear-resistant nozzle will hold its bore longer if you print a lot of it. Beyond that, it prints reliably with consistent extrusion, much like a standard PLA, so you get strong visual results from start to finish without needing to change your usual settings much.
