Three colours, one strand, an ultra-glossy finish

OzFDM Tri-Colour Silk PLA is a triple-extrusion filament that weaves three silk colours into a single strand for an ultra-high-gloss finish and dramatic multi-tone effects. Each print flows through all three shades in turn, with a luxurious sheen that catches the light differently depending on which colour is on top at any given layer.

Combinations such as Gold-Silver-Copper and Red-Gold-Purple make it perfect for standout vases, statues and gifts, and the effect is at its most dramatic on tall or vase-mode prints, where each colour gets a real chance to show before transitioning into the next. It is equally well suited to smaller decorative pieces where you want a single item to carry three distinct, coordinated colours without changing spools mid-print.

High tensile strength keeps your beautifully finished prints tough enough to last, but as with any silk PLA, print a touch slower than you would with standard filament and keep retraction dialled in, since stringing and surface blemishes are far more visible against a high-gloss finish than a matte one.
