OzFDM ABS-HS (High Speed) is tuned for makers who want ABS toughness without the slow print times. It keeps the impact resistance and strength you expect from ABS while flowing cleanly at high speeds, so you clear the queue faster with fewer failed prints and less time babysitting a slow build.

It suits the same jobs as standard ABS, enclosures, brackets, jigs and functional prototypes, but earns its keep on high-volume jobs and iterative prototyping where a fast printer would otherwise be wasted on a slower-flowing material. If your printer is capable of high speeds and you are tired of ABS being the slowest step in a batch, this is the formulation built to keep up, whether you are running a single fast machine or a small print farm.

The formula is engineered to reduce warping and cracking, and it prints best inside an enclosed, well-ventilated chamber. Ideal for functional parts, enclosures and iterative prototyping on fast FDM machines, though it is still worth checking your slicer's speed and cooling profile for high-speed ABS rather than simply reusing a standard ABS profile, since flow and cooling settings both need to keep pace with the higher speed.
