OzFDM ABS+ (ABS Pro) takes the strength and impact resistance of traditional ABS and reformulates it for a far easier, more forgiving print. Reduced warping and cracking mean fewer lifted corners and failed jobs, making it our go-to ABS for reliable functional parts, and a sensible upgrade if standard ABS has given you trouble with corner lift in the past.

Reach for it on enclosures, brackets, jigs, automotive-adjacent parts and any functional print that needs to survive knocks, vibration and a bit of heat, such as a part living in a car or near a warm appliance. Because it holds detail well and machines cleanly, it is also a solid choice for prototypes you plan to sand, drill or tap after printing, and for parts you intend to paint, since ABS takes a primer and topcoat well.

Stocked in an impressive spread of colours, it suits everything from prototypes to durable end-use components. Note that ABS+ is largely acetone resistant, so it cannot be acetone welded or vapour smoothed; for bonding parts we suggest SciGrip Weld-On 16. Print in an enclosed, well-ventilated space, and let the bed and chamber reach temperature before starting a large or tall part to keep warping to a minimum; a brim can help further on parts with a small first-layer footprint.
